PSM Healthcare is operated by a team of qualified, experienced health and social care professionals with young people at heart. A family business, allowing young people the opportunity to thrive and develop by realising their potential, whilst being happy and feeling valued. We work closely with young people and their families as deemed appropriate, local authorities, carers and other professionals as appropriate.
Our aim and goal are to provide a strength based high standard person-centred support and accommodation to all our young people. We ensure that each young person is supported to identify their individual strengths and the goals they want to achieve. They are then supported to develop the knowledge and skills to achieve these goals and reach their full potential.
Accommodation Service
Our service is tailored to meet the needs of each placed young person as well as the requirements of the referring local authority. The costs of the placement are dependent on the level of need as determined through our risk and need assessment. All properties are supplied fully furnished; only in the exception where a young person has their own furniture through their Leaving Care Grant, will let out an empty provision. Our properties are also covered under our contents business insurance.
Support and Guidance
Our experienced team deliver personalised support for each individual, treating every person as a unique individual with their own background, experiences and ambitions. Our accommodation provides a safe and comfortable environment, operating a robust on-call system with 24 hour key worker mentors available. Each young person has their own agreed support plan based on the hours of care they require. We will help customise your accommodation and support you through the early changes of independent living equipping you with the skills to manage your space and time.
