Individual Support and Guidance
Our experienced team deliver person centred support for young persons, treating them as a unique individual with their own background, experiences and ambitions. Our accommodation provides a safe and comfortable environment, operating a robust on-call system with 24-hour key worker mentors available. Each young person has their own agreed support plan based on the hours of care they require. We will help tailor their accommodation and support them through the stages of independent living equipping them with the skills to manage their space and time.
Building relationships, development of self-esteem, financial planning, food preparation for a healthy lifestyle and active participation in society amongst many other key skills are areas of priority for our teams to nurture and develop for young people during their stay with us.
Our service will also facilitate move on options based on the individual needs as developed in the young person’s pathway plan.
